1) From the troubles of the world I turn to daffodils. It works quite well.

Sometimes it only takes a few words to know that you will like a person.
These lines leapt out at me. I've had this thought so many times in the past few wet, windy and worse weeks. Daffodils are one of my most beloved flowers -- probably because they bloom, so cheerfully, at a time when we most need them.
Serendipity: It's one of my favorite words AND concepts. I will thank it for our meeting today. It's good to be "Bee."

I love daffodils as I love snowdrops, primroses and bluebells; the most natural of wild flowers.
