Down the road, morning, very early (Monday 30th)

The sun's bright copper globe is momentarily cloaked as it rises in a mist of its own making.

By the time we turn around, the light is clear and golden.

Not as often as I should - it was so delightful, and it's often the finest part of the day. I couldn't decide whether to go back to bed, then went and sat out on the terrace as the sun began to rise, and decided I should quickly dress and go out and catch the light, it's something I've often meant to do. I haven't sorted the photos out yet, but very ordinary things were quite transfigured...
