Lucy, I Googled to learn about the Limousin cattle, and what a fine looking animal! I learned that this is likely the modern version of the animals drawn on the cave walls at Lascaux.
One photo I found shows the animal from a diagonal view, from the rear, and the bull's haunches are hefty, like a draft horse.
I learn so much from reading blogs, especially yours.
