Up the road, afternoon.
May blossom, hawthorn flowers, like all the flowering trees and shrubs, seems particularly luxuriant this year. Its perfume is something like a pungent almond essence, or tinned cherry pie filling.

yes the hawthorn is particualrly luxuriant here this year too. All the blossoms are, you're right
Don't look at hawthorne for too long. History tells us that it could lead to more than 30 words.
