Woods below Notre-Dame-du-Haut

Mol turns without hesitating, scrambles down the rocky path and trots across the single lintel stone bridge over the fast-running, deep-cut sluice with ease and familiarity.  I needn't have worried.

Hello Jarvenpa, good to see you here! Molly is a dear, but getting rather elderly, with health problems (which I think mostly bother us more than they do her), and now quite deaf and short-sighted. But she is quite sure footed, and loves and knows this particular walk well. In fact she rarely seems to mistake edges and drops, but seems to sense them without seeing them, smelling the air changes around them...
